The Kinder K-Conlock conveyor skirting clamp system is designed to assist with skirting maintenance issues, as well as the OHS risks associated with working in confined spaces.

Usually maintenance work in unsafe materials handling environments requires permits and adherence to safety precautions before staff can carry out the work. The conveyor skirting clamp system provides flexibility by enabling the user to quickly change out skirting seals from the outside, which reduces production down time and promotes continuous productivity.

The clamp system is not reliant upon special tools to maintain correct seal pressure. The skirting seals can easily be clamped between the chute wall and locking plate. Adjustments to the assembly can be quickly and easily made from the outside, without being completed disassembled.

The system is safe, with quick and simple changeout. Suitable for both trough conveyors and flat feeders, it allows easy access to adjusting bolts from outside the chute without removing the locking plate on the clamp system.
