Young worker dies in bobcat incident
A young man has died after an incident at a rubbish transfer station in Geelong, Victoria on Friday, 6 May.
It is understood the man, 19, was sorting rubbish when he was struck by the machine.
The Age reported paramedics were called to an address in Grovedale, south of the CBD, at about 10.50 am; however, the worker died at the scene.
WorkSafe Victoria said it is investigating the incident.
