The Topcon IM-2D Lux Meter is a pocket-sized, digital illuminance meter that can be used to evaluate lighting facilities of sites including factories, shops, schools and parks. It is claimed to be accurate and easy to use and is available for rent from TechRentals.
The device features a compact, lightweight design and is A-class JIS compliant. It offers a wide measurement range of 0.1 to 19,990 lux with silicon sensor auto-ranging and has a rotating photo-receptor head to accommodate sampling requirements. The instrument also offers a clear 4-digit LCD display, battery operation and auto power-off for extended battery life.
