Universal lockout devices (UCL) made by Cirlock are designed to be universal and easy to use.
The UCL-1 will lock out most miniature style circuit breakers (MCBs). The UCL-2 will lock out MCCBs, while the UCL-5 will lock most larger types (400–1200 A) breakers with a toggle. Whether it is single-, 2-, 3- or 4-pole breakers, users can clamp the device onto the circuit breaker’s toggle, in the OFF position, using a small screwdriver. Place a padlock through the device together with a danger tag and lockout is complete. The devices are made from tough nylon plastics and the UCL-1 is made from recycled materials.
The UCL devices (UCL-1, UCL-2 and UCL-5) are all made in Australia by Cirlock to fit Australian used equipment. Available through local wholesalers.
