The importance of safe machinery parts cleaning
A company that provides equipment for a railway has strict deadlines within its service factory, which is required to clean parts quickly and safely.
The company opted to use four Torrent 500 Parts Cleaner machines in its service workshop. Meeting all the requisite safety standards at the site, the machines use a water-based cleaning solution to quickly remove greases and oils from the parts.
Through a combination of heat and water pressure, the machines are designed to save time by washing parts clean first time around, with very little scrubbing or brushing. It was reported that the company reduced two-thirds of its labour time using the machines, which has also increased productivity.
