Roof edge protection

Wednesday, 12 April, 2006 | Supplied by: Kee Klamp Australia

KeeGuard roof edge protection is a modular, free-standing protection system that does not penetrate the roof membrane. Being free-standing, the system can be used for roof edge fall prevention, walkway demarcation, stairwell and open lift shaft fall protection and a multitude of other safety requirements.

Supplied in pre-fabricated kit form with an integral kickboard fixing and minimum number of assemblies for ease of installation, the system allows installers to erect the system with minimal effort.

The system is suitable for most flat roofs, including circular, square, rectangular or multi-level. It can be used for walkway demarcation; sections can be taken down, added to and re-erected on site. No drilling, special anchoring or penetration of the roof membrane is required.

Kee Klamp fittings are manufactured to the requirements of BS EN 1562 to provide strong, rigid, maintenance-free connections.
