Ladder Grab enables users to reliably secure ladder to both metal and tile roofs.

The device can be installed by removing an existing roof screw from the bottom row, reinserting the screw with the ladder grab in place, then lengthening or shortening the strap to the required length for secure attachment of ladder to roof.
