Workforce medical assessment services provider expands operations
As part of a strategic national expansion, Workforce Health Assessors (WHA) — an Australian provider of comprehensive occupational health services — has opened its latest owned and operated clinic in one of Melbourne’s critical industrial hubs, Laverton North.
Over the last year, WHA has launched seven new owned and operated clinics, including WHA Dandenong. It brings the tally of owned clinics nationally to 11. As of May 2026, there were an additional 10 clinics scheduled for opening in coming months.
“Expanding into Laverton North allows us to better serve our clients in the industrial and logistics sectors,” said Mitchell Harvey, WHA’s General Manager Client Services.
“Our focus is on delivering strategic alignment between health outcomes and operational efficiency, ensuring that every worker is fit for their specific role and every employer has the data they need to maintain a safe work environment and protect their most valuable asset, their people.”
Commencing operations in mid-May, services offered by WHA Laverton include drug and alcohol screening, health surveillance screening, health and wellbeing programs, pre-employment medicals, statutory assessments and vaccination services.
