Pervidi Safety Inspection Management Solution version 5.20

The Pervidi Safety Inspection Management Solution version 5.20 is the latest generation of Inspection and Safety Management software.

The system automates all aspects of safety and compliance activities, including electronic field inspections, dynamic forms and checklists, dynamic deficiencies, automated corrective actions, notifications and management reporting.

Specifically focused on addressing safety risks and managing possible safety violations, the system is designed to record, track, mitigate and manage safety issues.

The software includes a detailed list of recommended inspections and deficiencies related to a large variety of safety issues. Users can review, modify and adjust these lists for their specific needs, enabling the software to track and manage any type of field inspection.

As a component within the overall Pervidi system, the software can be integrated with PDA/handheld devices that enable field inspectors to record inspections, deficiencies, violations and corrective actions in the field, including pick-lists, picture-taking, electronic signatures, bar-coding, voice-tags, timestamps and GPS; web browser access to schedules, inspections, results and reports; management and KPI reports; ‘trigger engine’ for automatic emails, notifications and alerts; and seamless connection with ERP systems and other downstream applications.
