Noggin for Healthcare Industry Pack
Noggin has released its Noggin for Healthcare Industry Pack, which is comprised of industry-specific content to help effectively manage events, complaints, visitors and risk, to equip and empower healthcare facilities and workers. Built on the core Noggin 2.0 platform, Noggin for Healthcare supports operations across hospitals, individual healthcare facilities and entire healthcare systems. It provides a flexible, mobile platform for managing major events that healthcare facilities may face, from epidemics, natural disasters and other mass casualty incidents, to planned events in the community.
A mobile Emergency Operations Centre (EOC), the Noggin for Healthcare offering comes with more than 300 best-practice templates, forms, dashboards, reports and more. These include templates for inspection, root cause analysis, preparedness and response plans, and threat and impact assessments for planning incidents and events. Various event, incident and asset types and forms are also included.
Designed to help management lead people through essential healthcare response procedures, Noggin for Healthcare includes fully configurable, automated workflows to support a coordinated response with health-specific event types and dashboards. Noggin for Healthcare also provides workflows to facilitate situation reporting, task logging and HICS emergency management.
Users can also track the status of facilities and resources, and manage requests for resources or assistance. The Healthcare Industry Pack also enables users to check healthcare worker status, risk, welfare and case management, through email, SMS and app alerts. The new solution also helps users collect key status updates and data in dashboards for healthcare worker status, risks, welfare and case management.
Data can also be shared in real time across different systems (eg, between hospitals, aged-care facilities and state agencies). This technology enables the forming of a common operating picture across an entire healthcare system, improving coordination and visibility.
