The DoneSafe safety software solution is designed to be easy to implement and use. It allows users to record and analyse their compliance data and provides meaningful insights due to its responsive design that works on all browser-enabled devices (phone, tablet, PC).

The system features four core components: observe, manage, monitor and learn.

The observe component is designed to help users proactively stay on top of safety by assessing risk prior to work, conducting pre-start checks, inspections, observations and audits.

The manage component is designed to help users stay on top of hazards, keep track of chemicals, manage incident investigation and return to work details, as well as ensuring users consult with their health and safety representatives and workers.

The monitor component is designed to provide meaningful insights from the user’s safety data through its reporting suite and keep tabs on safety performance and upcoming safety events with its safety calendar.

The learn component is designed to help users build and deploy knowledge with its in-built wiki functionality, and capture and manage training with its learning management section.

The system has been built with the user in mind and leverages social media-style user experiences, which makes it user friendly for even the most inexperienced technology user.
