Conserve online contractor management system

Friday, 08 June, 2018 | Supplied by: Conserve

The Conserve online contractor management system allows the use of a web platform to automate the process of contractor prequalification.

Users simply log on, gaining access to licensed, insured and inducted contractors who are prequalified against their organisation’s own unique criteria.

A new user only needs to provide two things to get up and running: a list of all contractors that they would like approved and a criteria level for the contractors to be prequalified against. The company then takes over all the heavy lifting, engaging with the contractors directly and assisting them through registration and approval in the online contractor management system.

The company’s support team physically views and validates all contractor documentation. They are trained in dealing with the technology challenges faced by contractors, allowing them to make the process as simple for users as possible.

The online system been developed for use by any organisation that utilises contractors, suppliers or even volunteers. It addresses the primary challenge of not only getting contractors to initially provide their safety documentation, but also ensuring they keep it current and up to date while being approved.
