New appointment for Pilz
Pilz Australia has appointed Ian Yeong, an engineer with more than eight year’s experience with Schneider Electric and three years with Omron, as a new business development manager to further strengthen its safety services and solutions.
While Ian is a qualified engineer - he has a degree in Electric and Controls Systems from Liverpool University, UK - his roles have always encompassed sales and business development.
Already an advocate for safer workplaces, Ian said he’s seen a lot of factories without the right safety equipment.
“Safety is something that shouldn’t be neglected and I share Pilz’s passion to make workplaces safer. I’m looking forward to going out and spreading the word on how companies can improve safety,” said Ian.
