Information release on worker's death at mine site

NSW Trade & Investment Mine Safety has published an Investigation Information Release into the death of a worker who died while attempting to clear a drainage borehole in an underground sump at Cobar on 11 June 2014.
The report is available on its website and investigations are continuing.
