  • Jaycar Electronics QM1592 Pro sound level meter
The QM1592 Pro sound level meter is suitable where accuracy, repeatability or validation of noise levels is required. A calibrator is built into the instrument to verify and authenticate results.
  • 3M N1-100 noise indicator
The 3M N1-100 noise indicator alerts users to potentially dangerous noise levels, helping identify areas where hearing protection may need to be worn. Users simply clip the noise indicator to a shirt or jacket and the LED delivers a clear indication (red or green flashing LED) when noise levels exceed a potentially hazardous threshold.
  • Sound assessment system
The NGARA sound acquisition system records and measures sound in real time, with logged data saved as formatted lists of sound pressure level measurements. Samples are taken every 100 ms.
  • Noise meters
The Rion NL series of sound level meters is designed to conduct spot checks by end users and acoustic consultants around areas of potentially high levels of noise including production plants, construction areas, air-conditioning manufacturing and installing, local councils and government.
  • In-ear dosimetry
The Howard Leight QuietDose personal dosimeter measures and records in-ear exposure to noise, measuring the actual noise levels reaching a worker’s eardrums in real time, over an entire work day, providing personalised data to create a hearing conservation program for each worker.
  • Digital sound level meter
The Exair 9104 digital sound level meter is an instrument that can measure and monitor the sound pressure level in a variety of industrial environments. Exposure to high noise levels for an extended period of time can lead to permanent hearing loss for workers who don’t wear proper hearing protection.
  • Single use foam earplugs
Laser Lite Single Use Foam Earplugs are one of many hearing protection options from Howard Leight.
  • Industrial noise dosemeter
The Pulsar 67 data logging personal dosemeter is designed to be carried in a pocket or on a belt to measure and record noise levels in potentially noisy workplaces; its measurement functions determining compliance with industrial ‘Noise at Work’ regulations and standards.
  • Custom-fitted earpiece
The SonoCustom Hearing Protector is a re-usable earpiece that is custom fitted and adapted to provide maximum protection. The earpieces are fitted on the spot, taking around 30 minutes to provide the user with a pair of individually tailored hearing protectors.
  • Reusable pre-moulded earplugs
The E-A-R UltraFit 27 reusable earplug features a pistol grip with angled shape which is designed to give wearers improved fingertip control, to make holding and inserting the plug to attain an optimum fit easier.
  • Hearing protection
The Jazz Band hearing protection device has been redesigned to provide greater protection against noise, to SLC (80) 18 dB, Class 3 rating, as well as 50% less band pressure to increase comfort. The SLC rating was increased by designing the soft, tapered, foam pods to correspond to the shape of the ear canal.
  • Stylish and modern safety eyewear
Compromising style for safety is a thing of the past, thanks to the new range of A900 Series eyewear from Sperian Protection.
  • Pneumatic silencers
The Mini and Midi COAX silencers have been developed so that users can enjoy a lower sound level when using the COAX cartridges for direct integration or when using them on the vacuum gripper systems or the pump unit PMAT/Vactrap platforms.
  • Noise canceller for sound sleep
The 980A sound screen utilises white noise to create a barrier of sound while people sleep. The sound generated effectively blocks noise in the surrounding environment and can assist in making it easier for people to sleep, particularly useful in remote industrial sites where sleeping is made difficult because of close living confines or where noise is constant.
  • Real-time noise monitoring
The SoundEar Pro continuous noise monitoring system has been revised to include wireless connectivity to enable up to 10 wireless sound level meters to communicate in real time with the host software running on a PC or laptop computer. The system can become an educational tool to enhance a company’s hearing conservation program.
  • Ear muffs
The Dewalt Interceptor earmuffs have a claimed noise reduction rating of 29 to provide maximum hearing protection for wearers.
  • Earplug attenuation analysis
The Howard Leight VeriPRO system measures real-world attenuation of unmodified earplugs and can be used as a means to improve individual employee training and enhance the overall effectiveness of hearing conservation programs. The technology enables safety managers to ensure employees are getting the most out of their hearing protection devices.
  • Sound-dampening screens
Sound Stop acoustic screens are a flexible system of sliding screens that act as a barrier to absorb and stop noise from loud areas of the workplace.
  • Speech-enhancing protective earmuffs
The Sensear SM1x earmuff uses the SENS (Speech Enhancing Noise Suppression) technology that minimises dangerous industrial noise while allowing face-to-face, mobile phone and two-way radio communication.
  • Ear plug dispenser
The refillable 3M Ear Plug Dispenser has been designed for use with 3M disposable earplugs, in place of single-use jars, bottles or disposable dispensers.
  • Disposable ear plugs
The Moldex Pura Fit earplugs are designed with a longer length for easier fitting into the ear and tapered for easy insertion in any size ear canal.
  • Risk mitigation for hearing loss
Sound Hearing has developed training that is designed to better understand the risk of noise in the workplace and how to practically mitigate noise-induced hearing loss at a grass roots levels.
  • Ear plug
The SMF-30A SmartFit earplug utilises 'conforming material' technology that enables the plug to adapt to the contours of the wearer's ear canal for greater comfort and longer wear time. As it warms up, it takes on the shape of the surrounding ear canal.
  • Hearing Safety Academy
The Hearing Safety Academy offers breakthroughs in better hearing protection strategies that guarantee to improve the performance, the correct usage and the economy of Hearing Protection in the workplace.
  • Safety glasses
Prescription Safety Glasses has released the Scope Rx-1 safety glasses.
  • Guaranteed hearing protection
Custom hearing protection is a surprisingly cost-effective and practical way to prevent noise-induced hearing loss.

For the convenience of any size business with noise-exposed workers, Sound Hearing has launched mobile Hearing Rescue Units for businesses with noise-exposed workers.
  • Real-Time Noise Alert and Logging
SoundEar and SoundLog offer an easy, cost-effective way to better manage the risk from noise in any environment where people can be exposed to loud noise.
  • Earplug dispenser
The Howard Leight LS-400 Leight Source earplug dispenser is built out of durable plastic and designed for wall mounting or tabletop use. It provides an easy and convenient way for workers to access hearing protectors. In addition, purchasing bulk dispenser refills eliminates packaging waste.
  • Earplugs
Moldex has remodelled its Rockets brand re-usable earplugs, which now receive a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 27. The higher NRR is the result of reformulating the materials with a new sound-dampening additive. The earplugs come with an easy-grip handle which allows for easy insertion, while the air bubble in the tip provides cushioned comfort. The following Rocket part numbers now have a NRR 27: 6400, 6404, 6405, 6415, 6420, 6480 and 6485.
