Larzep’s range of pressure and force gauges includes 80 and 100 mm dials with pressures to 700 bar and a variety of scales. Specific force and tonnage gauges are available to suit specific hydraulic cylinders, load cells and pull cylinders.
The pressure gauges use a swivel BSP seat arrangement mounted on the gauge stem. Unlike many 700 bar gauges which use NPT taper threads, Larzep gauges screw into the inline gauge adapter with a cone seat. This ensures the seat is used to seal the gauge, instead of relying on a tapered thread. This also allows for simple gauge orientation and ensures the operator has a clear field of vision to monitor the system pressure without having to move from the workstation.
