Elide 1000 fire extinguishing ball

The Elide 1000 fire extinguishing ball is a patented, self-activating fire extinguishing solution that is easy to use and suitable for manual or static operation.

Compact (147 mm diameter) and lightweight (1.3 kg), the device can provide 24/7 stand-by automatic fire protection by positioning it close to a potential source of the fire. Unlike other fire extinguishing products, the fire extinguishing ball will activate automatically when it comes into contact with the fire, even if no-one is present. The device can also be used manually by simply tossing or rolling it into a fire from a safe distance. The device will only activate when it comes in contact with a naked flame.

Suitable for all four classes of fire - A, B, C and E - the fire extinguishing ball can be used to complement existing fire protection equipment.

Applications include: where flammable liquids are stored, electrical switchboards, communications rooms, roof cavities, cars, boats, caravans, offices, public transport, etc.
