Calibration gases are now available in a 112 L cylinder, providing users with nearly twice the gas volume they have been used to with previous cylinders, but without an increase in the physical cylinder size.
Reactive gases used in the calibration of hazardous area and gas detection equipment, such as H2S, SO2, 4-gas (multi gas), NO, NO2, HCN, HCl, Cl2 and NH3, can be supplied in a larger 112 L format, offering considerable cost and operational savings.
The 112 L cylinders have the same valves and regulators as the commonly used smaller 58 or 34 L aluminium cylinders and 103 L steel cylinders, so there is no need to purchase any extra regulators or equipment to use the new cylinder.
